Complimentary – Your First SessionIf you see yourself in the description of a typical client, or wish to be a very unique client, you are ready for your complimentary session! In this discussion, we will get to know each other through information you share through this website and through a free introductory conversation. By providing your telephone contact information, I will be able to call you and either talk to you immediately if it is convenient for you, or schedule another time to have a private conversation. You will be able to ask me questions about coaching and my background, and I will be able to learn more about your situation and your desired outcomes. If, at the end of that conversation we both agree, you will be ready for future coaching sessions. |

Next Steps – Your Coaching SessionsWe will begin your next steps with coaching conversations, either in person or on the telephone. The first coaching session usually lasts around 70 minutes. During this conversation we will explore more in depth the area of your life on which you wish to focus, possible obstacles to your satisfaction, and potential strategies for creating the change in your life that you desire. At the end of the initial session, most clients have identified the immediate next steps to take toward their goals and the appointment for the next session will be determined. The follow-up conversations are almost always 55 - 60 minutes. The focus of conversation is following up on the identified first steps and reporting of progress made since the first conversation. For many clients, this first coaching session and the follow-up conversation has provided the necessary momentum for them to continue to move forward on their own. However, for many others, there is a desire for more coaching and additional sessions to keep taking steps with guidance. Ongoing coaching is available to all clients and can be over the phone, in person or via email, depending on the nature of the topic and your preference. |
